This is a free 14 day push-up challenge designed to build your strength, improve your core stability and help you run taller with better posture. It’s really simple. Choose one of three suggested levels below (or commit to your own number!)
Level 1: 10 Push-ups a day
Level 2: 25 Push-ups a day
Level 3: 50 Push-ups a day
Participants who post in the Push-Up Challenge Chat will be eligible for giveaways from HOKA, Saucony and Brooks!
We can all benefit from working on our posture, core stability, and shoulder strength. The push-up is the perfect “gateway” strength exercise as anyone can do them anywhere. They are also scalable in both directions to perfectly meet you where you are at.
Commit to this challenge and a few amazing things will happen: you’ll create a new strength habit, you’ll build confidence, you’ll add functional strength that will help your running (and life in general), and you’ll connect with members of the Fleet Feet community going after the same goals.
