Meeting Location and Time: Underdogs Cantina (for bag drop) by 6:25 PM
South Beach Park (for warm-up) at 6:30 PM.
Come tear up the streets of San Francisco Wednesday evening with Midnight Runners. Our bootcamp style run allows everyone to challenge themselves to their own limits. We will run roughly 1 mile and then regroup for an exercise before taking off again! All paces are welcome; however, you should be comfortable running 5 miles. No one is left behind. The run is totally free, just bring some good vibes.

🏡If you are feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms consistent with COVID, please stay home.
⏰ Arrive early for bag drop and to check in on Heylo. Bag drop will close by 6:25 PM. We are unable to store large items (no bikes/scooters). Please limit what you bring.
🙊 Quiet your voices when captains are talking. This will help everyone hear the exercises, announcements, etc.
🏃 Follow good running etiquette: stay on the right hand side and give way to other humans and their furry friends. Always be kind to others on the roads!
🌮 After the run, join us for post-run hang at the bar. Details below. Please no outside food/drinks and no pets.
