Calling all the winter warrior masochists. We’re going back to track sessions to bring the 🔥 this over ☃️ months of the year. We will focus on building SPEED for upcoming Spring races and triathlons with some interval and threshold training. ***We will start off with track a few Tuesdays a month, rather than weekly, so be sure to check the calendar periodically for when they’ll occur.*** The workouts will focus on high-intensity Aerobic Threshold sessions (200-800m repeats at 1Mile-5K paces). Each session will include a dynamic warm-up, workout sets with rests, and cool down. Each workout will be for people of any running level and experience. As these are focused on "paces" you are able to run at your own speed as the target speed will be different for each runner. There will also be scaling options for reps/sets. Example -10 min light jog -10 min dynamic stretches and strides -2-5 sets of 800m @ 5K pace (90 seconds rest) -2-5 sets of 400m @ 3K pace (60 seconds rest) -10 min easy jog CD Feel free to join and bring friends, everyone is welcome!
