π₯ We start with a joint warm-up at the stairs, where we focus on coordination, stability, and additional strengthening exercises. Then we kickstart our 30-minute HIIT training. It's divided into three blocks, each targeting cardio/legs, core, and arms. Finally, we wrap it up with the famous finisher that will get us sweating again! π¦
