What: 5km gentle jog for ALL abilities (we take walk breaks if we need). This is also a safe space to talk about some of the harder things you might be facing - mental ill health challenges or general life “stuff”. We’re open to hearing it, so please bring your full self, no matter how you’re feeling.
Where: Meet at Eastbourne Pier (the main entrance to the pier). We will run to Holywell and back.
What you need: just yourself in your running kit! Bring water if you feel you might need this.
Other notes: there is nowhere to leave your bags unfortunately so please arrive ready to run. Toilets usually available on the seafront (below pier).
