Member requirements
Welcome to the Midnight Runners Toronto community! We're thrilled you're interested in joining us for our runs. Here are the simple member requirements: 1. Heylo: Make sure to RSVP to the events you plan on attending. Once you arrive, check in on the event page. 2. Arrive Ready To Run: Make sure to wear a good pair of running shoes that are comfortable and clothes that are appropriate for the weather and allow you to run/dance freely. We can store any bags at the bar. 3. Run At Your Own Pace: We welcome runners of all levels, but we do ask that you can comfortably run at least 5k to fully enjoy the experience. 4. Post-run drinks + food: We are a community so we also like to socialize. Bring some cash/card in a bum bag for drinks + food after the run. 5. Bring A Positive Attitude: We believe in supporting and motivating each other to achieve our fitness goals. Leave any negativity at the door and come ready to have a good time! That's it! We want our community to be inclusive and welcoming, so don't hesitate to reach out to our captains or fellow members if you have any questions or concerns. We can't wait to see you at our next run!
